Thirty-five years of adventure and research at National Geographic, culminating in ten years as Editor in Chief of National
Geographic, have given me a real appreciation for the creative process and the power of photography.
This site contains just a few images of wildlife from deer,
elk and coyotes to egrets, ducks and hummingbirds as well as natural beauty from Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole, Wyoming,
and the State of Virginia. Please take a look as well at the jewelry photography from the book Beadazzled: Where Beads and Inspiration
Meet.
